Because we sell food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to food safety regulations. Once food items have been shipped, they cannot be resold or restocked.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (if applicable)

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

  • Defective due to shipping issues

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your claim and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
